What is a worship service like?
A typical worship service at New Life Church is a blend of many elements. That is, we follow a basic liturgy which includes a call to worship, prayers, scripture readings, sermon, Holy Communion, hymns and songs, and a benediction. However, our worship space is non-traditional, and we incorporate other elements of non-traditional worship (such as praise and worship music alongside traditional hymns). New Life Church believes that worship should be orderly, but we also believe that the Holy Spirit is at work in the life of the church, and we want to leave room for flexibility.
Is there a dress code?
No, come as you are. Part of the casual worship environment is that there is no dress code. On any given Sunday, you may find worshipers who are dressed in jeans and t-shirts to those who dress a bit more formal. The point is, just as Jesus welcomes you as you are, we welcome you as you are!
